COVID-19 Clinic signage

The project commenced immediately after the devastating bush fires. The project entailed designing signage and wayfinding for all COVID-19 Clinics and testing areas within SLHD. The design itself needed to be simple, bold and most importantly easy to read as the target audience was the entire population of Sydney.
Due to the projects success, design templates were created and given to other states throughout Australia.

Central-COVID-19 Clinic v2_Page_2.png

Temporary vinyl was the print production medium of choice as Hospitals such as Sydney Dental Hospital managed external spaces for example the COVID-19 testing clinic in Central.

The COVID-19 Clinic at RPA was a space used to train firefighters. Aluminium panels were used to build structures which would display signage for the Clinic in an organised fashion.

RPA COVID-19 wayfinding

A pain point was recognised early on that visitors were having difficulty locating the COVID testing Clinic at RPA. To eliminate confusion a site inspection was done to determine the optimal placement necessary for the wayfinding signage.
A blue line was painted on the footpath to coincide with the signage and to further confirm to visitors that they are on the right path.
